The last two countries hosting the competition in both genders will be Aruba (May 14-19) and Puerto Rico (May 21-26). The final event will be in Trinidad & Tobago on May 29-June 2 only for women.

The Circuit marks the beginning of the qualification process to the Central American and Caribbean Games to be held in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico in 2010.
