The
broadest
aim
of
the
FIVB
Development
Programs
is
to
improve
the
general
standard
of
Volleyball
throughout
the
world
and,
more
specifically,
to
create
the
conditions
under
which
each
country,
given
its
resources,
is
able
to
express
its
potential
in
competition
and
derive
the
maximum
benefit
possible
from
our
sport.
Creative
instruction
is
favored
throughout
our
Development
Programs.
This
teaches
participants
to
use
the
conditions
they
find
in
their
respective
countries,
with
ingenuity
and
imagination.
Apart
from
teaching
units
concerning
theory,
practice
and
the
methodology
of
the
game,
lessons
are
offered
which
give
ideas
regarding
popularity,
structure
and
organization
for
the
various
areas
within
the
Federations. |
